CETEK LLC (“CETEK”, “our”, “us” or “we”) understands how important your privacy is to you and we respect your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) document helps you understand how we use, collect, store, disclose and protect various information when using our website www.DoseSage.co (the “Site”) and/ or our mobile App DoseSage (the “App”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Site or the App. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy or via the App. Please consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our CETEK Terms of Use, accessible through the app platform where the App may be downloaded. To make this Privacy Policy easy to find, we also make it available through our App. You may also email us at support@dosesage.co with any privacy-related questions you have.
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, App, services, features and content, to administer your use of the Site and App (together, the “Services”) and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Site and the App. First, we would like to assure you of these basic privacy essentials.

This Privacy Policy applies to all information we collect through the Services from our users, including you. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user.
The Information We Collect
Account Information
If you open an account, we may collect the following information from you: your first and last name, date of birth, zip code and country of residence. Providing this information is optional. However, to use the App, you will need to provide the medications that you use, your medication schedules and your medication history. In order to help you protect yourself and your information, we encourage you to provide only the information that is necessary for using the App.
Device Information
We also may obtain information about you from your mobile device, such as your device type, machine or mobile device identification number, time zone, language setting and browser type.
Medication Information
When you use the App to schedule your medications, you voluntarily give us certain information concerning the medications you take and when.
Financial Information
We do not collect your financial information.
Information Collected Automatically
Cookie Data
Our Site uses cookies (small text files that may be sent by your computer when you use our App) or similar technologies to record log data. We do this in order to improve your user experience by keeping track of the settings you have selected and actions you have taken on the Site; to identify registered users versus guests; to monitor and analyze the performance, operation and effectiveness of our Site; and to ensure our Site is secure and safe to use. Our Site allows users to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Additionally, our Site contains links to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which take users to the respective store websites where you can purchase our App. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store may use cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Log & Device Data
When you use DoseSage, our servers automatically record information (“log data”). This log data may include your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, mobile network carrier, and time zone or location. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings.
For example, different types of information are available depending on whether you’re using an iPhone or an Android phone. To learn more about what information your device makes available to us, please check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider.
Information Collected from Children
DoseSage is not directed or targeted to children under eighteen (18) years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such personal information from our systems.
Browser-Tracking
DoseSage does not track users across third-party websites. Use of the Services does not allow other parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or services.
Other Application Analytics Services
Subject to your opt-out preferences (see Your Rights and Choices below), we may use third party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to provide certain analytics and user interactions services in connection with our operation of the Services, including the collection and tracking of certain data and information regarding the characteristics and activities of Services users. This data may be shared with other Google services, and may be used by Google to personalize ads in Google advertising.
You may opt-out of Apple’s or Google Analytics’ features through your mobile device settings, such as your device advertising settings, or by following the instructions provided by Apple or Google in their respective privacy policies.
Advertising
We use AdMob by Google, Inc. to show advertisements to you that are related to the Services. You can opt out of the AdMob by Google service by following the instructions on Google’s support page here: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en.
How We Protect And Store Personal Information
We store and process your personal information using third party servers located in secure data centers in the United States or outside of the United States. This information is protected by physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations. We also use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our office and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that personal information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of our administrative, managerial and technical safeguards. Therefore, we urge you to take adequate precautions to protect your personal data as well.
If DoseSage learns of a systems security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Services, you agree that DoseSage may communicate with you electronically. DoseSage may post a notice on the Application if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice of a security breach) you should notify us at support@ dosesage.co.
Users Outside the USA
Our application and database servers are located with Amazon Cloud Services primarily in the United States, but may also be located outside the United States. Amazon Cloud Services has certified with the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.
If you are an individual located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada or another jurisdiction outside of the United States with laws and regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be aware that information we collect (including through the use of web technologies) will be processed and stored in the United States or another country.
By submitting your personal information to DoseSage and using DoseSage, you expressly consent to having your personal data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or another jurisdiction which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen.
How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, and efficient, user experience. We do not sell your personal information.
We may collect your personal information to:

You can review and update your personal information in your account settings at any time by logging in to your account.
Your Rights and Choices
In order to keep your personal information accurate and complete, you can sign in to the App to review and update your account information. You may also contact us to request information about the personal data we have collected from you and to request the correction, modification or deletion of such personal information. We will do our best to honor your requests subject to any legal and contractual obligations. If you would like to make a request, cancel your account or request we delete or no longer use your account information to provide you Services, please contact us at support@ dosesage.co or the address set forth at the end of this Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law, we will retain and use your account information only as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Third Party Analytics Services
Some of the services used provide the ability to opt-out.
The Google Analytics service is provided by Google. How We Protect Your User Data
We and our cloud provider protect your information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. Safeguards include firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to the data centers, and information access authorization controls.
We work hard to secure your data, but nobody is perfect. If you discover a vulnerability in our Services, we would be grateful for your report and encourage you to let us know immediately. To report a bug, please email support@dosesage.co.

It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy; you are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy by using the Service after such changes have been first posted. If you continue to use DoseSage after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
Compliance with Confidentiality of Medical Information Act
We do not market to our users or sell our users’ personal information. We acknowledge our obligation to maintain, preserve, store, abandon, destroy, or dispose of your medical information in a manner that preserves the confidentiality of this information.

We are providing this supplemental privacy notice to European data subjects, pursuant to European data protection laws (“GDPR”). We are responsible for how your personal data is handled. This means we are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.
Personal Data We Collect From You and How We Use It. You can read about the personal data we collect from you and how we use it in the sections above, “The Information We Collect” and “How We Use the Personal Information We Collect.”
Justification for Data Processing. We process data in order to offer our Services to our users. As a result, providing the minimal amount of personal information that we collect to open an account is required.

Retention of Data. We retain only your profile information, if you provide it to us, and the medications that you take along with their schedules. This information is retained as long as you have an account with us.
Storage. We are based in the United States and rely on cloud storage providers that store user data on our behalf in the United States, and may store data in other countries as well.

The right to access – You have the right to request from us copies of your personal data. We may charge you a reasonable fee for this service. Other than your name, we do not store your personal data.
